Letting them be Little

Letting my children be little and soaking up every moment of it. That's what this blog is about. Laughing and crying with them, teaching them and learning from them.

We are a family of four; Zack and I (Lauren), Reese and Henry Mack. Full of laughter, tears, and everything in between. Saved by God's grace, dependent on God's grace. Sharing His love, resting in His provisions.

Zack is the manager at BLP Mobile Paints and I stay at home with Reese and Henry Mack. Zack and I have been married for four years. I wouldn't trade a day with him. In these years we have bought our first home, completed a college degree, and had two beautiful children. We make a pretty great team together, except when it comes to laundry.

Reese just turned 3 on March 31. She is mommy made over and has Daddy wrapped around her finger. We love hard, we like getting our way, when our friends hurt we feel it, and giggle often. Most of all, she loves helping. It doesn't matter what she is doing, if she sees me cleaning or washing dishes, she wants to know how to help. My favorite is when she is in her best princess dress, has pulled her chair to the sink, and is washing dishes. It just makes me smile.

Henry Mack turned 1 on December 6. As you might have guessed, he is just like his Daddy, laid back, care free, unless you take away his snack or soy milk (more on that later), and loves when he can make you laugh. He has absolutely captured my heart with his big blue eyes and silly grin. Wherever big sis is, he's not far behind.
